With around 26 years of musical experience ranging from live performance to analogue and digital studio engineering, Ali J has developed a mature ear for sonic details. Driven by a love for storytelling, he strives to create unique and unforgettable immersive experiences through sound design that captivate audiences through music productions and carefully considered sonic elements intended to bring added dimensions of subjective neuance to film narritives.

After graduating from dBs Institute in Bristol his work now extends to working with networks of talented, like minded individuals to innovate sound production in music and films to the highest possible standard. His work within the film projects exhibited in the Portfolio section cover everything from on set recording and mixing to foley recording, post editing, file management , dialogue editing and, of course, sound design and creative approaches to sound direction.
